  • Appliance Strip-Down: Dismantle all moveable parts such as fire bricks.

  • CCTV Flue Inspection: Internal camera inspection to check the condition inside the flue.

  • Type 2 Smoke Test: Evacuation test to ensure the flue is drawing safely.

  • Exterior Inspection: Ground-to-stack check of masonry, pot, and cowl.

  • Compliance Review: Check for Document J Building Regulation compliance.
